Seer
We aim to always provide high quality work delivered on time and on budget and to maintain excellent health and safety standards.
Mission
History
Seer began with home extensions and skateparks. Starting out as a small, local business, the company has grown significantly over the years, now employing around 50 staff.
Despite this growth, the company has remained true to its roots and continues to prioritise the same values that have always been at the heart of the business: quality workmanship, client satisfaction, and a commitment to the community.
2009-2012
Seer is established and is undertaking domestic homes and skateboard parks. Currently a team of three: Philip Rees, Gareth Rees and Andrew Rees.
By 2012, we've grown to 10 employees and are now taking on projects to a higher standard and a large scale.
2015-2019
In 2015 we started taking on larger and more complex jobs, such as Nantllanarch, and we're lucky to be featured in Home and Garden Magazine. Now at 20 employees and still growing strong whilst remaining true to our values.
in 2019 we won our first contract with BAM Construction doing all the groundworks for the brand new Gwent Police headquarters.
2020
Just as the world is about to go into lockdown, we're almost at forty employees and we acquire our first CAT D6 Dozer.
2023
Secured the contract for Ithon Road, our largest contract to date. We now have over 50 employees working for us and a large machine fleet of over 35 vehicles.
Now, we take on complex domestics and multi-million pound groundwork developments.
We're now focused on providing our clients as much value as possible and making sure our strong work ethic continues to grow alongside our workforce.
