A beautiful Grade II listed building in the Welsh countryside
Challenges
One of the more challenging aspects of this project was having to use micro-topping for the flooring, which was a technique we hasn't used before.
Nant Llanerch is a beautiful Grade II listed building in the Welsh countryside. The project involved renovating an old farm-house to a more contemporary dwelling, now a holiday let. Gareth Rees, Director, was the site manager on this project and used his trade as a skilled carpenter to build bespoke items, including the kitchen and bunk beds for the children’s bedroom. Andrew Rees, Director, successfully used micro-topping on the floor for a modern look.
We're so proud the how the fireplace turned out in the open plan space.
